Our office is based at Norwest Business Park in Sydney. We provide an old fashioned, attention to detail customer service with innovative technological solutions which has been welcomed by our clients for over 15 years.

We provide a transcription and typing service for all industries and professions at an affordable rate. We specialise in insurance and investigation transcription, academic research transcription and general business typing and secretarial services.

Our clients simply upload their dictation, audio recordings of interviews and from this point we will provide an accurate and timely proofed transcript. We offer a Silver Service for urgent files at a nominal extra price.

Our team consist of dedicated Australian transcribers and proof-readers with experience in a broad range of industries including medical, legal, engineering and pharmaceutical. We take pride in the fact that MTS completes all work received on the premises and can be audited at any time. Our transcribers are directly employed and are not contractors. They adhere to our strict confidentiality agreement and are paid the award rate.
